ENTRÉES
Dinners include your choice of Caesar salad, tossed salad or cole slaw & choice of skins-on-fries, shoestrings, baked potato or steamed vegetables.
SEAFOOD
The flavor of CJ’s seafood is enhanced by mesquite grilling over an open fire. Poaching or pan searing is also available by request.

Wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, mesquite grilled & served with tomato black bean cilantro salsa.
SHRIMP     19
Breaded shrimp served with tartar & cocktail sauces.
STEAMER CLAMS     13
One pound of clams sauteed in garlic butter, white wine, Italian roma tomatoes, lemon juice & parsley. Served with or without a bed of linguini. Hardwood smoked half chicken.
